The grapes used to produce this cuve come from a unique terroir that gives them an aromatic unity, deeply shaping the wine. The grapes were harvested at night to make the most of the cool temperatures. This process is by no means incidental; it prevents oxidation of the grapes and thus preserves all the natural fruit aromas before pressing. This wine is not
