Spinifex Riesling 2024 Size::12 Bottle Case Like many of Hoppenot’s plotsThis cuvee was fermented wholly in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts matured on lees for 4 months prior to racking and assemblage. Bone dry but with the weight and texture characteristic of concentrated, low yield fruit.
